The property is recently refurbished and the staff is extremely friendly. the units are fine, neat with a king bed. - the food is freshly made and astonishing. - the hotel has a comfortable and absolutely perfect location in a safe area. - Would stay there again as our stay was really great.

Pleasant staff that liked their guests. Besides, the location was awesome for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Albany Church of Christ. Shopping centers and several stores were right next door.

The units were reasonably large and fine especially by the bathroom. The staff ensures you have a such great time, they are excellent. It has AWESOME, comfortable setting, not far from Albany and several stores and fast-food places nearby, the airport via cab, and convenient to downtown.

The hotel has a marvelous location in the best area. the rooms are all brand-new and gorgeous, including the bathroom and shower. I had lunch/dinner at Caffe Italia, which is around a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Location, staff & clean - food in restaurant was good as well. Great free breakfast!

The bathroom toliets did not work well. There were noises that came early in the am mostly around 5:30 sounded like pipes very loud. There was a very bad draft coming from the heater in the room thru the walls...

Room was very spacious, ample parking out the front of the hotel, reception staff very helpful and provided directions to local mall on request. Restaurant in hotel was excellent with again very helpful and friendly staff. Pool was good and was empty of swimmers for the hour we sat down there in the evening. We were transferred to this hotel when the one we had provisionally booked in through this website was permanently closed and empty when we arrived, but the staff at Booked.net were helpful and informed the Ramada that we were coming, and we were pleasantly surprised when we finally arrived there.

Breakfast was not that amazing but fair for the price of the hotel.

I visited this place with my son, and we found the room to be spotlessly clean and new, with a comfortable temperature, a nice bathroom, and a large king-size bed.

The staff was very courteous and quick to taking care of making our stay as comfortable as possible. This included those on duty both day and night.

Did not like it. Very desorganized. Checked in two people in my room and gave them the key after I was already there. Elevator made too much noise in the room.
